Superintendent Stephen Tomlinson recently shadowed elementary-level physical therapist Jessica Sargalis to get a first hand look at B-P’s unique elementary-level Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy program. Sargalis was the 1st Quarter winner of the Successories series, which recognizes the amazing work being done in B-P by the district’s dedicated staff.
Physical therapy and occupational therapy are important support services that are available to all of our elementary students, and they make a difference in student wellness as well as student learning. Watch the video to hear Sargalis talk about how improved motor skills can help students in the classroom.
