The Broadalbin-Perth Intermediate School Student Council has been doing some team-building activities that teach cooperation and team skills. In the photos, team members are shown with the shoe towers they built during one of those activities in which they had to build the tallest tower possible with team members’ shoes.

ncil also is planning to host a fundraiser Feb. 2 to raise money for a “buddy bench” for the playground. Classes at BPIS are voting on the details of the fundraiser, but the leading idea is that students will pay 50 cents to wear their pajamas to school that day.
Student Council meets before school the first Tuesday of each month and after school the last Thursday of the month.
