Today’s B-P Summer Book Club selection is “Diary of a Wimpy Kid,” written by Jeff Kinney. It is recommended for students entering fifth and sixth grade. It’s a new year and Greg Heffley is entering middle school, where he shares the hallways with kids that are taller, meaner and already shaving. In the first book of this series, Greg is happy to have his best friend Rowley with him. However, when Rowley’s star starts to rise, Greg tries to use this to his advantage.
