Today’s B-P Summer Book Club selection is “Each Little Bird that Sings,” by Deborah Wiles. This book is recommended for students entering third or fourth grade. Comfort Snowberger is just 10 years old and has been to more than two hundred funerals. That’s not really a surprise considering her family runs the town funeral parlor. As a result, Comfort knows how to deal with loss. Right now, though, Comfort is more worried about avoiding her crazy cousin Peach. She’s also wondering why her best friend Declaration won’t speak to her.
