The Broadalbin-Perth Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6 this evening at BPHS.
Members of the community may participate in the public portion of the meeting through Google Meet. Residents may also participate via phone by calling 435-578-1289 and entering PIN: 721 207 282#
Note, Roberts Rules of Order remain in effect for all public school board meetings, whether they are held in-person or virtually. Members of the community who are attending the meeting must mute their phones or devices. Those who wish to provide public comment must wait until that portion of the agenda to speak after being recognized by the board president.
Per District Policy 1510, in part: “Public expression at such meetings shall be encouraged and a specific portion of the agenda shall provide for this privilege of the floor. A public comment period of five (5) minutes each shall be provided for all interested speakers. Speakers are requested to sign-up for the comment period in advance or upon arriving at the meeting with the District Clerk.” The District Clerk can be reached at 518-954-2501 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
